Your account comes from your admin
We cannot create individual user accounts.
Your organisation alone decides who may be alerted through RETTERAlarm. That is why your organisation's administrator creates the accounts, which takes them less than a minute.
How to get your account
- Frag deinen Organisations-Administrator. Das ist in der Regel die Person, die bei euch RETTERAlarm betreut – häufig Kommandant, Wehrführung, Zugführung oder die IT-Verantwortlichen.
- Er legt dich als Benutzer an. Du bekommst danach automatisch eine E-Mail mit deinen Zugangsdaten.
- Du meldest dich an. Über die RETTERAlarm App.
And if your organisation does not use RETTERAlarm yet?
Then it has to be registered once. Only someone authorised to act for the organisation may do that. Talk to your leadership: the request takes five minutes and costs nothing.
